This changes everything.  President Trump has ordered the Department of Commerce to get the Census done with the correct numbers, as even the Census people have said the last census was incorrect in over counting in the blue states and under counting in the red states.  Not to mention, the illegal aliens were also counted in 2020.  Thanks to MTG, for putting together the legislation to get it through the house of representatives.  

According to the PES, which states had under counts?

Arkansas (-5.04%), (red state)

Florida (-3.48%), (red state)

Illinois (-1.97%), (blue state)

Mississippi (-4.11%), (red state)

Tennessee (-4.78%), (red state)

Texas (-1.92%). (red state)

And over counts?

Delaware (+5.45%),  (blue state)

Hawaii (+6.79%),  (blue state)

Massachusetts (+2.24%),  (blue state)

Minnesota (+3.84),  (blue state)

New York (+3.44%),  (blue state)

Ohio (+1.495), (red state)

Rhode Island (+5.05%),  (blue state)

Utah (+2.59%) (red state)

This changes everything, because the number of seats in the house of representatives is determined by the population in each district in each state.  On top of this recounting without the illegal aliens counted, the State of Texas is redrawing the district lines according to registrations not by race, which is how they are drawn at the moment.  It is racist to do so, and Texas will be the tip of the spear for other states to change their district lines without the gerrymandering of deciding districts by race, instead of population and registration of voters.   This may go all the way to the Supreme Court.   Looks like the Republican party finally grew a pair of balls to fight fire with fire.

Now this also changes the Electoral College, which is how we decide who the President is in this country.  What is the makeup of the Electoral College? The total number of electors is 538. Each state is assigned a number of electors equal to its two Senate seats plus the number of seats in the House of Representatives. Per the 23rd Amendment, the District of Columbia is allotted three electoral votes.  

This is going to change EVERYTHING!

This is why the Dems are screaming, yelling and melting down, and running away in Texas to prevent a forum, instead of voting and losing in the redrawing of district lines in Texas.  It's not going to do them any good.  They will lose their seat, if they don't go back and do their fucking job like we are paying them to do.

Midterms are coming up, quicker than we may think

We cannot lose the house or the senate in the midterms. Everyone NEEDS to get out and vote in these midterm elections. We need to push the votes out. Door to door, phone calls, whatever it takes, we need to keep the power during President Trump's term. If you do not know what day your state is voting in the midterms, call your state government and FIND OUT! Whatever you do, DO NOT LET THIS SLIDE.

It's the only way we win our country back. These demoncrats are not good for our country and everyone has to see that. We need to do a clean census, and get these damn illegal aliens off of the counts for drawing district lines and counting the electoral college, and we need to PUSH OUT THE VOTES.

Take 3 to 10 people with you when you go to vote. These midterms are going to be very important, and if we want our sovereignty back, we CANNOT lose any seats, and we need to gain some in both chambers.

We are going to need the same kind of dedication to voting that we had for the general Presidential Election. We are going to need to make it "TOO BIG TO RIG!"

NO muss, NO fuss, NO pussyfootin around. All Americans need to get out and vote. Pretend it is the Presidential Election and we are all voting for President Trump. Let's knock on some doors, make some phone calls, send some emails and text messages, but let us show that we really know how to "self-govern", and keep ourselves involved in our civic duties.

If these democrats get control of either chamber, they are going to try to impeach President Trump, for stupid reasons, and will stop him from accomplishing his entire agenda. He won't be able to drain the swamp or eliminate the deep state if he does not retain the house and the senate in the midterms.

I was listening to a podcast, Real Estate Mindset, and it occurred to me how trivial and inconsiderate our current political divide really is. The democrats or better stated, demoncrats are breaking the law to defend people who do not belong here, broke into our country, drove down our wages, overwhelmed our social safety nets and services, not to mention the violent crime they brought with them.

To get these illegal aliens here in OUR country, the demoncrats printed all this money that devalued our currency, created the inflation of everything, not to mention declared war on gas on oil (that creates everything we rely on to live in this country) and the 'do nothing rinos' went along for the ride. Why do the demoncrats want all these illegal aliens here? Because no American in their right mind will ever vote for them again, due to their policies that are bankrupting our country, destroying the nucleus family and teaching our children to hate their parents and their country.

Now, because we are $36 Trillion dollars in debt, quickly climbing to $37 Trillion dollars, Americans are being evicted from their homes because they cannot afford the rent, and then the landlords want to raise the rent, sometimes due to the terms of their loan to purchase the property to rent it out, and people who are making low wages, sometimes working two jobs or are on a fixed income, either elderly or disabled, are being kicked to the curb.

In the meantime, DOGE is kicking ass on all the illegal money schemes being performed by NGO's that are not really non-government organizations, and these people who have been robbing our treasury of tax dollars are screaming to high heaven that DOGE is hurting we the people, when in reality we just caught them red handed with their hands in the cookie jar so to speak. “Me thinks thee protest too loudly!”

Then I take a look at the arguments these people are making about the tax cuts of Trumps budget, and I look at their income and how much they don't really pay taxes, (because they have tax lawyers and accountants to use the loop holes they created in the tax law), and the fact that they make more than most Americans ever make, and they do insider trading to make themselves millions more, and I want to fire every fucking one of them.

I think about what this country was based on, and I paraphrase here, “Government is created by the people to protect our inalienable rights and govern only by the consent of the governed” and know that these people work for us, we don't work for them. This is not communist Russia or communist China, but these people in congress want us to be communist. The laws are for we the people, not the governing class, who think they are above the law.

They don't care how many people starve to death or die of the elements due to no housing, they don't care that we are losing everything while they are losing NOTHING, due to their stealing our money every chance they get. They don't care that they have made it impossible for Americans to afford to even survive let alone live in this country, all they care about is their money, their power, and keeping it.

It is time for a change. The mandate has changed. We put President Trump in the office of the Presidency to change this malevolent dark controlling government that cares more about the rights of illegal aliens than the hardworking, tax paying citizens of this country. If these congress men and women cannot support our President's efforts to get this 'swamp drained' and arrest, convict and incarcerate these criminals who have committed crimes against us, the American people, and the whole of humanity, then they need to be kicked out of the noble office they hold because their actions are not noble.

It's time those we elect to office started doing the RIGHT thing, instead of what will get them re-elected or in with the political crowd and lobbyist's good graces for funding their next campaign, and start doing the work of the people, for the people. That is what we hired them to do. We did not hire them to enrich themselves on our dollar, or make themselves millionaires, or raise our taxes, or cover up crimes committed by themselves or their colleagues. We elected them to DO THEIR JOB and protect our rights against enemies foreign and domestic. If they cannot DO that job, they need to resign, or we need to fire them. IMMEDIATELY!

And while they need to start doing their job, so do we as, WE THE PEOPLE. We need to stay involved in our civic duties to monitor their progress, and make sure they are doing what they said they would do, instead of just shrugging it off as, “we know all politicians are liars.” We do not have to accept that concept. We are Americans dammit, and are made of more than that lazy attitude. Take on the responsibility of being a free people and keep us that way. Remember, if you chose the lesser of two evils, you have still chosen evil.

FREEDOM, LIBERTY, JUSTICE; these ideas, ideals and way of life are not FREE. We have to work at keeping them as our way of life and stay vigilant of the people we put in place to carry out their duty and responsibilities to us. Our civic duty is not over at the end of the election to office. It is continual, all of our life, in passing on our values to our children, keeping the people, we elect in line and doing what we demand, or we kick them out.

If we do not take this seriously, we will not continue as the last free people in the world. We will be overtaken by communist ideals and way of life and will never be free again. “1984” will be our reality, and we will not get another chance to change that.  Wake up America and start taking your civic duty and responsibilities seriously or we will lose our entire civilization. No, I am not being facetious or kidding about this. I am dead serious.

You know, I don't believe google has ever allowed my commentary to be seen by anyone, but that is okay, I will continue to document my opinion of our federal government and  my state government until I draw my last breath.  

President Trump is back and I for one am very happy about that.  He is moving at the speed of light and trying to fix many issues that are facing every American.

I hope and believe, though it may seem so, that nothing is going to fall through the cracks.  One thing in particular is Social Security.  We need a plan to keep it solvent and functioning for all recipients as it is the only income of a large majority of our elderly. Our elderly should not be discarded like a piece of trash because they are no longer a part of the main stream economy.  They, like our veterans, need to be cared for and allowed to live their final days in relative peace.  They should not be kicked to the curb by some unaffected bureaucrat. 

Wall Street and wealthy politicians need to back the fuck off and care for the people that cared for them all of their lives.

Our national debt is climbing towards $40 TRILLION DOLLARS. Due to the inability of Democrats to stop spending our money. Or I should say STEALING our money.

The O'Biden administration has shut down our energy industry and is selling off our Emergency Reserve for political purposes to make himself look better before the election. 

He is also signing up for treaties with the WHO for enforcement of policy in the next pandemic, and the UN (United Nations) for the smalls arms treaty. He is not taking into consideration that the Senate must ratify these treaties with two thirds of the states. This is in our constitution but it would not be the first time he has violated our constitution.   

The Democrats, and the RINO's are covertly censoring us, also a violation of our constitution. The Democrat FBI and CIA are spying on all of us constantly, once again a violation of our constitution. O'Biden is fighting and funding a war in Ukraine without a Declaration of War, approved by Congress.

He and his democrat Homeland Security are aiding and abetting our enemies in the invasion of our southern border. This is also unconstitutional.

In Article II Section 3....The President shall take care that the LAWS be faithfully executed....

hence, the executive branch of government. This means all laws, and the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. The O'Biden regime is breaking the law every single day. 

 He has also taken bribes from foreign agents selling influence on United States policy. Bribes from China especially, who is our mortal enemy, (we have the receipts on these bribes) and bribery is traitorous as well as an impeachable offense. The democrats kiss China's ass, and are handing our country over to the CCP on a silver platter. 

Little do they realize, when the CCP takes the reigns, they will be the first to die.

They're selling our farmland to China-CCP, and I would not be surprised if they had their bullies, Antifa and BLM burn down Food processing plants, so those of us that escape the kill shot, will die of starvation. They've already told the farmers they can't use fertilizer to grow their crops any more or use the gasoline powered machines that till the earth and enable them to mass produce food for the United States and the world.

They have taken everything and anything that has meaning in our lives and shit all over it, or used it as toilet paper. They've insulted us, called us names that they, themselves really are. They have taken over our schools, teaching our children to hate their parents, hate their country, as well as their religion and themselves. They have taken over our media, our entertainment industry, our court systems, and destroyed them. Teaching and repeating over and over their lies and deceit.

Our sovereignty, our personal sovereignty and integrity is the only thing standing in their way to complete and total powered control and the annihilation of the human race as a species. And now they are trying to take that too, by giving the power to the W.H.O., The World Health Organization, to enforce we the people to obey all laws they decide to make us live by, when they release another virus into our societies. When that happens, COVID policies will seem like child's play.

They have also taken our vote away from us by cheating and stealing every election they can get their hands on. When I hear the news, no matter what legacy channel is broadcasting, it's the same gas lighting on every channel, like they are all reading a script. The same script. They make me sick with their arrogance, their deceit and lies. How can you tell they are lying? They open their mouths. And their voices are all whining about how scared they are that democracy will cease to exist. Maybe their idea of democracy, “All for them and none for us” democracy, will end I hope. By the way, we are not a democracy, we are a Democratic Republic. They don't deserve, nor do they have a right or reason to put themselves above us. But they do.

They keep intentionally forgetting; “government is instituted by the people to protect our divine given rights” and that is their ONLY job. They only have one. To protect the American people. They are whom we need protection from. They have nothing but contempt for us as 'the people'. They have committed horrific crimes against us. It's time they were confronted by us, and took responsibility for their actions and crimes against humanity.

If not now, then when? If not by you, me, us; then by whom?

We need to get mad, really angry, put our foot down and refuse to take their tyranny any longer. We can never surrender, take no prisoners, and we can never, ever give up. We win, if we don't ever give up. There is no compromise. They win or we do. We are the many, they are the few. They will continue to abuse us, we the people, only as long as we, the people, allow them to.

My Comments
Regarding "We All Lost"  article...I noted that this was written on January 11, 2021.  The atmosphere surrounding our political scene has gotten much worse since this article was written.  Now, because Biden knows he cannot beat Trump at the ballot, because we don't have the conveinance of a 

'Plandemic" to cause massive mail in voting without signature verification; Biden, and the Biden Administration (Whom I think is actually the Obama administration, for his third term),  are trying to put Trump in jail for 700+ years for non crimes, lies and fake evidence they are presenting.  

People who only did their civic duty of protesting a cheating party  for throwing the election, are in the DC jail, and have been in solitary confinement for over 3 years, for simply showing up at the rally.  I've seen the footage, and January 6th, 2021 WAS NOT AN INSURRECTION!.  But the leftist marxists can not and  will not show the true facts of this illegal committee, staffed by all democrats and only 2 replublican members present.  (both Trump haters).  

Fauci has lied to the entire human race about vaccines, the definition of a vaccine, and people are dropping like flies that take their 2nd, 3rd and  4th boosters of genetic engineering experimental research drug.  The entire world has been the guenny pig for his "gain of function" research.  

We have the "thought police" now, with the FBI and the CIA and every alphabet soup agency out there has the ability to spy on any  American at any time, without a warrant.  And they do, all the time.  

We have 10 million+ illegal immigrates in the central part of our country, and from coast to coast, being bussed and flown into our country without consent or permission from the American people, immunization, back ground check or otherwise.  They are our replacements to vote for the democratic party because no American in their right mind would vote for the democrat party, unless they're dead, or their ballot was printed out from a computer program.  Those persons who are in on the betrayal and treason of our country, and the marxists are pushing for all of these illegals to have the right to vote. 

We are being censored constantly, and the Democratic party was corrupted by Bill Clinton who was responsible for starting the mass migration of our industrial jobs to China, then the rino Bush, the Obama's and now the Bidens are sleeping with the CCP.  We don't win wars if our Commandar in Chief is taking orders from our enemies.  

The above is only a partial list of what is happening in and to our country at the moment.  It would take me days to write the entire accumulation of corruption that is happening all over the United States of America.

I have come to the conclusion that we no longer live in a free country, but a dictatorship run by the elite few that want 65% of us dead to reduce the population, and the remainder will be uneducated and docile slaves working for the Deep State of our country.   For me, this is a very precarious and sad reality of what has happened to our country.

4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%. 

5. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people. 

6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people (i.e. NO MORE INSIDER TRADING!!!). 

7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen/women are void. The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen/women. Congress made all these contracts by and for themselves. 

Serving in Congress is an honor and privledge NOT a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators should serve their term(s), then go home and go back to work … not get all kinds of freebies.

The above is a speech by actor Peter Finch in the movie "Network" in 1976.   I believe it still applies today, as we have the same problems we had then.  Depression, inflation, worrying about our jobs, our debt, Congress' debt, JB's debt, China, the Russians; all of it.  This reminds me of song from the 80's:  "We're not going to take it, NO we ain't  going to take it, We're not going to take it anymore!"  by Twisted Sister, and the message is the same.

The Democrats 'think' they are above the law. No equal justice.

The true insurrection did not happen on 1/6/2021, it happened the summer of 2020 in all of our democratic run cities. With Antifa and Black Lives Matter, as the Democrat's surrogates. The only people that are prosecuted are center to right political opponents of the far left, by the American Marxists.

Life, Liberty and Equal Justice for all does not exist any longer in Joe Biden's America.

Documented evidence on our southern border of how our Director of Homeland Security is going to South American countries to encourage people from poverty stricken countries to migrate to North America to storm our borders. He, under the direction of the Biden administration, is leading the invasion of our country. This evidence is ignored by the main stream media, the Biden's administration denies it of course. They are invading our country with 4 million illegal immigrants, criminal and otherwise. This is beyond sedition or insurrection. This is flat out TREASON!

Our court justices of the Supreme Court of the U.S. Are being unlawfully and illegally, not to mention criminally threatened with violence by the leader of the Democrat Congress. There has even been an assassination attempt on Justice Cavenau, and our DOS does NOTHING! They are too busy surveilling and profiling parents that go to School Board Meetings to protest CRT and sexualizing their elementary aged children with trans-gender issues.

The Democrats that are really Marxist are a very small minority of our country. But they are the loudest. It's time the Silent Majority, no matter your political view, to speak up and defend yourself, defend your children, defend your country and defend your real President, Donald J. Trump. President Trump happens to love this country and her people. We are not racist, we are not bigots, we are NOT Nazis or White Extremists. We are not deplorables or insurrectionists. We are not White Supremacists. We are proud Americans. Though we live in a Christian Nation, not all of us are Christians, and the right wing evangelists do not represent who or what we are.

We are Americans. It does not matter our skin color, our hair color, our position in life, we are Americans! We are intelligent, well read, well versed, and have an uncanny ability to read between the lines of lying rhetoric. We DO NOT TOLERATE TYRANNY! “No one is above the law, Especially the “King”.

When these low lifes lie about our character, our view points, our President, our country, we need to call them out on their lies. Ask them for proof for their allegations. Documented FACTS!

Opinions from other's are not documentation of facts. They are opinions. Tell them to provide documented evidence or keep their big mouth shut.

Because if they don't have proof, they are opening themselves to law suites for defamation of character and libel. Then follow-up and serve them with legal documents, by a constable. Advise them, that you know WHO they are.

We need to publicly call them out on their smearing to humiliate theme, as they are trying to do to us by yelling their poisonous lies.

If necessary, belly right up to them, defend yourself, look them in the eyes and dare them to do something about it.

We also need to take our language back. No changing the pro nouns. There are 2 genders. Male and Female. PERIOD. Now this country is on the verge of disaster; politically, economically, socially, and culturally. President Trump has been indicted 4 times and their going for a fifth, as well as indicting all of his officers. They want him to go to jail for 700+ years.

They are filing false charges, and trying to make normal political discourse illegal. I am waiting to see if they will be indicting all 74 million + people that voted for him in 2020. I would not put it past them.

Because we did not stop them back in June of 2022, they are putting Trump and his family through hell, and all of his officers are being indicted with threat of jail time as well.

I got news for these evil ass holes. They try to place President Trump in jail and they will have a real insurrection on their hands. They will not survive a real insurrection. This is why we will NEVER give up our arms. Not only NO but FUCK NO! I don't think they better push it that far. They are already interfering in our election. They seem to have forgotten that WE THE PEOPLE are in charge, and WE choose our President, and will not tolerate their appointment any longer.

They have ONE JOB, to protect our civil rights, by defending our Constitution and Bill of Rights. They cannot take our rights away, because they are not given to us by our government, they are given to us humans by our creator, whomever we deem that to be. Government is instituted by our CONSENT to defend our rights and have enumerated duties and power, and only those powers should be exercised.

If they are overstepping their jurisdiction and boundaries, it is time to put them right back into the box they belong in. It is our duty and responsibility. If they do not go back into their box willingly then we have a civic duty and responsibility to replace them by any means necessary. That is the CONTRACT we have with our government. We the People rule this country, not the Federal Administrative State. They serve US, they are supposed to be working for us, we do not work for them for their enrichment of themselves.

If we don't correct their course, they will devour us. They will destroy the greatest nation ever to have been created in the history of earth. I've said it before and I'll say it again, we are the last Beacon of Hope for the entire world. If America is destroyed, NO ONE will have a place to go to avoid tyranny and extreme poverty. We will go into a dark ages again, and everything will be lost. Believe me, these communist marxists will make sure of that. They will burn all records that have anything to do with our once proud, prosperous, and resilient republic. Just because they can.
