Real Heroes

You know, as a young adult at the tender age of 13, I felt disappointed in the fact that all of our heroes were comic characters like Superman, Batman, Spider man, etc, or were fictional characters like the Easter Bunny and Santa Clause. And all of them were of the male persuasion. I wondered what happened to our real heroes or if we ever had any real heroes. People who do the right thing, because it's the right thing to do.

As I grew older and became more aware, I started to identify with real people whom I considered my hero. Rosa Parks is one of the first people I thought of as a hero. She stood up to an establishment that meant her a lot of harm when she said to a white man that she was too tired to give up her seat to him, her being black and standing on her feet all day being a domestic servant for a wealthy family.

President John F. Kennedy was my second hero, because every time he spoke, people listened. His speeches were always relayed with sincerity and it seemed to me he only wanted the best for the American people. He died for defending every day Americans.

Reverend Martin Luther King was my third hero, as I was taking more of an interest in American history. He went through hell to get rights for his people, that they should have had all along. I know in my somewhat dysfunctional family life, the “N” word was never used upon threat of having our mouth washed out with soap.

Then as I was ready to leave my teen years, turning twenty, in 1985 the Chicago Bears went to Super Bowl XX and won! Walter Payton became my fourth hero as he was another person that did the right thing because it was the right thing to do. Not only was he a magnificent athlete, he used his money to improve his mother's life and the neighborhood he grew up in. He gave to his community selflessly. He was articulate and soft spoken and a great citizen.

I have not had many hero's since Walter Payton. Though I tried to surround myself with good people who had integrity and believed in honor. I did have a friend for about five years while in Indiana. His name was Vernon Galloway but he went by Bear man. When I met my children's father and moved away to Arizona, Bear man told me that if things did not work out the way I thought they would, that I could give him a call or contact his mom, and she would get him the message, and he would help me. Eleven years later, with no contact (we did not have the internet back then, and long distant phone calls were expensive), I needed his help, contacted his mom and he was right there to help me and my two daughters when I needed it the most.

I think Bear man was my last hero, until just recently, as he felt about friendship and loyalty the same way I did. I would have done the same for him. I never really found any real friends in Phoenix, Arizona and I spent twelve plus years there. Every friend I thought I had in Arizona betrayed me in the worst ways, and they had no idea what integrity, honor and loyalty meant.

In those twelve plus years, I had four real friends online in a Poetry Site forum that I had built. Professor Rogers, a University professor in Pennsylvania, and manager and member of my poetry site. Ted Glines, from Texas a member and one of my managers of my poetry site, Ms. Debbie of West Virginia who published my poetry, had her own poetry forum, and was editor in chief of Art With Words, a poetry quarterly publication and was a member of my site as well. Another character, I only knew her as Doc, a Native American with three doctorates in education from New Mexico. She used her extensive education to tutor the poor children of her community, was a manager and member of my poetry site. I never met any of these people in person, but I shared my soul with them through my poetry and they shared their souls with me in poetry as well. They were somewhat of my hero's because they too believed in doing the right thing because it was the right thing to do.

My Uncle Ralph and Aunt Maymi showed me that true love existed and was possible, because they were still in love after 60 plus years of being married. Uncle Ralph's eyes were still sparkling every time he looked at her. And she was enraptured with him too. They were always holding hands.

The people in the previous paragraphs influenced my life and helped me form opinions and political beliefs with their solid character, integrity, honor and loyalty. There was no one whom I looked up to politically after JFK, until President Donald John Trump started campaigning in every state in the union.

My opinion was pretty low of our senseless leaders, that were leading us down the path of destruction. I did not like having to vote for the lesser of two evils. Because you are still voting for evil, weather greater or less than the other. I did not like President Trump at first, because I was listening to cable news broadcasts and all of their comments were negative. Then I heard a speech from someone in Michigan who described his community as pretty decent people, and President Trump had attended a town meeting being held by Ford Motor Company, who was planning on closing the plants in Michigan and moving them to Mexico for the cheaper labor. President Trump informed the Executive board of FOMOCO, that if they moved their plants to Mexico, therefor closing them in Michigan, he was going to pass a 30% tariff on their cars and no one would buy them if he did. This speaker was so stunned. No one had ever done anything like this for them, least of all a politician. He won their vote and respect that day. He won mine as well.

Then I started listening to his rallies and watched him win the presidency and then follow through on every promise he made to the best of his ability. We had four years of peace and prosperity. I discovered that he loves this country, because of what it did for him. He did not take a penny for being our President and correcting the course of our economy and gaining the respect of our allies and adversaries alike on the world stage. He was harassed, undermined, and called foul names the entire time he was our President by the 'fake news' media and the democratic party and a few rinos (Republican in Name Only) as well.

Needless to point out, he is still taking all the arrows they cast his way as he runs for President again in 2024. He believes in Americans and in America. Unlike our deep state and now American Marxists that the Democratic party has become. Though he did not get a second term in 2020, due to the cheating and rigging of the election with interference from the FBI and the DOJ as well as big tech censoring everything that was said in a positive light about President Trump, he is running again. He will win this time I believe because even with all the cheating in 2020, he still received 74 million votes and that number has only grown in this last year as the deep state and the Democratic Party are persecuting him every way they can, all illegally.

He is the only man that can fix what Joe Biden has done to our country in the past 2 plus years. Biden is trying to bankrupt this country for his buddies in the CCP and the WEF, and the great reset. Biden is a Traitor and needs to be tried as such.

To keep with the subject of this thread, President Trump is my hero. He is doing the right thing, because it's the right thing to do and saving our country and liberties in the process. He will stand up to anything they throw at him to defend us, our constitution and our country. We have needed his service for many years, and finally have someone that is not afraid of the American Marxists. There can be NO COMPROMISE with the left now. They hate America, Americans, our Founders, and our Constitution, and want to dismantle and destroy what we have. President Donald Trump has our back, and we need to have his! Remaining loyal until death do us part.

I reiterate what has been said many times; We, America, are the last bastion of Liberty and Freedom to everyone in the world. We know our country is not so evil as proclaimed by the left because everyone wants to come to America!! If we were not about Liberty and Freedom, our borders would not be overwhelmed as people come from all over the world for a chance to enter our country. No we are not perfect, but nothing or no one is perfect, we are only humans, but our ideal and what we aim for is the best aim we could possibly have in Liberty, Justice and Freedom.

President Donald J. Trump started a movement. “MAGA”, Make America Great Again!, and now I am finding many real heroes in this movement. People who are defending Americans and America because it is the right thing to do.

When people donate their time and professional services for investigations of what the deep state has been trying to pass off as help for us, to me they are truly our heroes. They deserve recognition for their sacrifice, though they do not seek it, I would seek it for them, because we find them seldom. True Heroes are few, far and in between. We are fortunate to have them working on our side. They stand with President Trump.

I stand with President Donald J. Trump, do you?

The common theme that runs its course of those who are defending our country and liberties are their deep love for our country and the ideals that we hold as sacred. The vow we take to defend our flag, constitution and country is sacred.

When those who spout the words do not hold them as sacred, we know they do not love our country. These traitors need to leave our country immediately. WITHOUT the wealth that they have stripped from the coffers of our treasury. We could use a cleansing exodus of the traitors that are trying to be our ruling class at this time. They forget one very important issue, they rule us by our consent. They work for us, not the other way around. Without our consent they are illegitimate and need to be escorted to our borders, out of our country, never to return again.

There you have it, there it is, and so it goes...In my humble opinion!
